Terms of Service

Welcome to DigiBible.org. By accessing or using our website, mobile experience, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using DigiBible.org, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

DigiBible.org is offered as a recurring paid subscription. By starting a plan you expressly authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on the terms below.

2.1 Plans and pricing

• DigiBible Subscription: $1.95 for a 7-day trial, then auto-renews at $29.99 every 28 days until you cancel.
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.
• Promotional or discounted pricing applies only to the first billing period unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.2 Authorization and automatic renewal

By completing checkout, you authorize DigiBible.org to automatically charge your payment method $1.95 today for your 7-day trial and then $29.99 at the end of the trial and every 28 days thereafter, on a recurring basis, until you cancel. Your subscription will continue and renew automatically without further action from you.

2.3 Payment methods

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and to keep it updated. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, downgrade or suspend your access, and/or pursue collection of amounts owed. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

2.4 Price changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will notify you of any price change at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

2.5 Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account page, on our cancellation page, or by emailing help@digibible.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then and will not be charged again. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

2.6 Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

2.7 Trials and promotions

Your 7-day trial for $1.95 automatically converts to a full paid subscription at $29.99 every 28 days unless you cancel before the trial ends. Only one trial or introductory offer per customer unless we say otherwise.

2.8 Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback for valid recurring charges may result in immediate termination of your account and collection of any amounts owed.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, resell or redistribute content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and software are owned by DigiBible.org or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Scripture text is from the King James Version, which is in the public domain in most jurisdictions.

5. Tests, Scores, and Accuracy

The Bible IQ Test, IQ Test, and any other quizzes on the Service are provided for personal, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Your score reflects how you performed on a fixed set of questions at a single point in time. Scores are informational estimates — they are not clinical assessments, cognitive diagnoses, psychometric evaluations, or measures of intelligence, aptitude, faith, or spiritual maturity. Results must NOT be used for medical, psychological, academic, employment, legal, insurance, or professional screening or decision-making. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiBible.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
