Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with DigiBible.org. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund of your $1.95 trial charge or a $29.99 renewal.

7-day trial

Your subscription starts with a 7-day trial for $1.95. You can cancel any time during the trial to prevent the first $29.99 renewal charge. If you feel the $1.95 trial charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it.

Renewals

After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at $29.99 every 28 days. Renewals are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your current period ends via your account page or the cancellation form.

How to request a refund

• Email help@digibible.org within 30 days of the charge.
• Include the email address used at purchase and a brief description of the issue.
• We typically respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
